At WunderKind, we're committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

Order Placement

You can place an order through any of the following channels:

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to verify your order details before dispatch. This verification helps us ensure accurate delivery and reduce fraudulent or incomplete orders.

Customers may also receive order updates via WhatsApp or email where available.

Advance Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth order process, orders with a total value of Rs. 10,000 or above require an advance payment of Rs. 1,000 before dispatch.

This advance amount will be adjusted against your final order total.

If WunderKind is unable to fulfill your order, the advance payment will be fully refunded. If the customer cancels the order after confirmation, the refund will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

Delivery Coverage

WunderKind currently delivers across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200

  • FREE Shipping on all orders of Rs. 4,000 or above

Shipping charges may be updated from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days

  • All Other Cities: 3–5 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched:

  • On the same working day, or

  • Within the next working day, depending on order timing and verification.

Orders placed on weekends or government-declared public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Courier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, WunderKind works with trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

The courier service used for your order may vary depending on your location and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Changes

Customers may request changes to their delivery address within 24 hours of placing an order.

If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) order, WunderKind reserves the right to request advance payment for future orders or take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both the customer and our business.

Damaged or Open Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order. However, because toys can be delicate during transit, we recommend the following:

  • Inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.

  • Do not accept a parcel that appears opened, tampered with, or severely damaged.

  • Record a video while opening your package, as this helps us verify any shipping-related issues quickly.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging with our support team.

After verification, eligible damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Gift Wrapping

WunderKind offers an optional gift-wrapping service.

You can select the Gift Wrapping option during checkout for a small additional fee, making your order ready for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.

Urgent Delivery (Lahore Only)

Customers within Lahore who require urgent delivery may arrange same-day delivery through services such as InDrive, Bykea, or similar ride-hailing platforms.

The customer will be responsible for booking the ride and paying all applicable delivery charges.

Availability of urgent delivery depends on order confirmation, product availability, and our operating hours.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control
