6. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

7. Advance Payments

Orders valued at Rs. 10,000 or above require an advance payment of Rs. 1,000 before dispatch.

This amount will be adjusted against the total order value.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided on our website are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, government restrictions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond WunderKind's control.
